Wolf Hash

*3 cups of ground wolf meat.
*2 big potatoes. The bigger, the better.
*2 onions.
*1 tsp. of salt.
*A handful of stinkstalk leaves.
*1 cup of meat broth.

Dump all the ingredients into a heated frying pan. If you can't make it all fit into one helping, you need a bigger pan. Once it's all browned properly, douse it in some gravy and dig in! This dish is pretty simple; the only tricky part is getting the actual meat. Those wolves are nasty, nippy things and always attack in bunches.

In the distance a wolf howled...

Wolves are fearsome predators that inhabit the forests and plains. They prefer to hunt in packs, with only weakest wolves venturing out alone.

Normally, wolves prefer not to go anywhere near human settlements. However, many have been driven from their homes by the destruction wrought when the meteors came down. Now, they compete for living space with many of the sentient races, especially the humans.

Quests

In the wild, wolves will attack travelers whenever they feel threatened. They prefer to avoid such fights by intimidating their opponents with snarling and bared teeth, but neither do they shy from a fight that is thrust upon them.

A few villages have reportedly been terrorised by wolves with a taste for human flesh. These wolves attack at dusk and, most curiously, seem to hunt
alone. Survivors claim that these wolves are twice as large as an average
wolf, but trackers have yet to locate the lairs of any such monstrous wolves. Nevertheless, stories of these beasts continue to pour in from the countryside.
