Salabounder AWAY!

Salabounders are certainly one of the strangest animals the forest has to offer. Salabounders are easily tamed and a favourite of the Wardens of Elevere, who have discovered that the amiable, awkward creature can be a formidable combatant when the need arises. With powerful front jaws and a tail that can break bones, the Salabounder is a force to be reckoned with.

A few Salabounders can be found in the wild. These are very dangerous and should be avoided if at all possible. Salabounders, since they are so easily tamed, are also occasionally found in Skuzzy encampments who train them to be vicious guards.

Want to own one?

Salabounders are like big, dumb friendly dogs. They'll leap up and down with excitement when a friend comes calling. Potential Salabounder owners would be wise to invest in thick, high quality floorboards to avoid having their new Salabounder crash through to the basement during one of these jumping episodes.
